PTO is dedicated to making DMHS a better place to work, grow, and learn for both our DMHS FACULTY and STAFF.  

Teachers and Staff members who have joined the PTO are able to make requests to enhance their classrooms / worksites and request funding for continuing education. We value our educators and entertain funding requests of all different varieties.  PTO prefers funding for supplies NOT edibles. If you are requesting to use Departmental Funds you will need the signature of the department chair as well as the signature of the principal.

Please click the link below for funding request form.  Please fill out form in its ENTIRETY. Make sure you obtain the required signatures.  Forms without approved signatures will be returned to you and not considered.
