| What’s included in my ticket price? |

| How do I pay for my ticket? |
Online at dmpto.org. PTO member families need to login to their PTO account to be eligible for the $25 discount on the final payment |
| Why are you requesting a deposit? |
Deposits are required to secure your seat on the bus and reserve your ticket. |
| Can I pay in full? |
After deposits are collected, you will receive a link to make the final payment by February 20, 2026 at 3pm.

| When is the last day to pay? |
Deposits are due by November 13, 2026 to reserve your spot and final payment will be due February 19th, 2027 |
| What is the Refund Policy? |
There are no refunds. Tickets and buses are reserved and purchased based on commitments from deposits. |
| What time should I arrive to DMHS on Thursday, May 27, 2027? |
Plan to arrive at midnight after graduation on Thursday, May 27, 2027. |
| What time will the bus depart for Disney, Anaheim, California? |
The buses will depart for Anaheim at 12:30am, just after midnight of Thursday, May 27. |
| What time do we plan to return to DMHS on Saturday, May 28th, 2027? |
We will be returning on Saturday May 28th at approximately 5am. |
| What transportation are we using? |
Grads will be transported on motor coaches that include Wi-Fi, charging ports, restroom, and overhead storage. |
| Can I provide my own transportation to and or from the event? |
No, you must take the provided transportation from DMHS to Disney AND from Disney back to DMHS. We are unable to make any exceptions. |
| How do I get my ticket if I meet you there? |
You must take the provided transportation to Disneyland in order to get your ticket. Tickets will be provided by the chaperones after grads board their assigned bus. |
| Can a bus leave earlier from Disney to return home? |
No. All buses are on the same schedule. The drivers are required to be off of the bus to get required rest. The same drivers and buses will make the roundtrip.

| Do I need to bring money for meals? |
Yes, grads will need cash or credit card for meals in the park. |
| Will there be snacks on the bus? |
Students are welcome to bring their own snacks. Water will be provided. |
| Will we stop for food on the way there? |
No, there are no stops planned. |
| Are there bathrooms on the bus? |
Yes |
| Is there Wi-Fi on the bus? |
Yes, there is Wi-Fi on the buses. |
| What should I bring? |
Cell phone, charging cord, backup charger, comfortable shoes, money, pillows and blankets will also be great to sleep on the way to and from Disneyland. |
| Will there be Chaperones? |
Yes, adult chaperones will travel on the bus with graduates and be available inside the park. Graduates will be free to enjoy the parks by themselves, with periodic check-ins with their assigned chaperone. |
| Is the park open to the public that day? |
Yes |
| What should I do in the event of an emergency? |
Grads will be given the phone number for their designated group chaperone where they can call / text privately or text the group. |

| Bus Assignments: |
A Sign-Up genius is emailed as we get closer to the event so you can select your bus. |
| Am I able to charge my phone on the bus? |
The bus is equipped with charging ports. However, there is no guarantee from the bus company that all ports will be operational. Grads and chaperones are encouraged to bring a portable charger and charging cord for backup. |
| Am I able to choose a friend to sit with on the bus and be with on the trip? |
Yes, you may sign up to ride on the same bus. Buses are open seating and you can arrange to sit together. Grads are fully independent in the parks. |
| Will the grads and chaperones be able to get items off the bus during the day while at Disney if they need to? |
No. The buses drop off in the Disney parking lot and proceed to a hotel where the drivers have required rest time. The buses are not available again until the departure from Disney. Please make sure to take all items with you that are needed in the park. You will return to your same bus so you may leave pillows and blankets on the bus. |
| Why didn’t we choose Disney Grad Nite? |
Disney’s Grad Nite dates did not align with DMHS’s traditional Senior trip date, being immediately following graduation. |
| If we have paid for everything, but last minute there's an emergency and grad isn't able to come, is there any option? |
Because tickets and buses are pre-paid, all payments are non-refundable. |
